Closing a vacancy in the Advertising, Shortlisting, Interview Stage or Offer stage.
If you decide you no longer wish to recruit to a role that is currently in the advertising or shortlisting stage,you will need to respond to a Trac communication from your Outlook account in relation to the specific vacancy.
It is the Recruiting Manager (RM) or the Lead Interviewer's responsibility to contact the candidates and let them know their applications will not be taken forward.
Closing Vacancies in draft stage
It is not possible to close vacancies in Authorisation: Draft; however, all vacancies will be removed from Trac after 30 calendar days of inactivity.
