Yes, everyone must have a base location within the Offer table.

For HSSIB, all roles will be working from home, the base location 'Home based' must be used. HR Shared Services (HRSS) do not require approval for this.

If the base location has been entered incorrectly, HRSS will email the Recruiting Manager (RM) for clarification.
