Yes, if the reference has been updated to ‘Referee unsuitable’ or ‘Fail – bad reference’ in error, the request can be moved back to enable the Recruiting Manager (RM) or their Delegate to review the reference.
Who can make this request?
The Recruiting Manager (RM) or their Delegate can request a reference request is updated by contacting the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team, or by responding to a Trac communication regarding that vacancy from their Outlook.
