HR Shared Services (HRSS) will send communications via the communications tool within Trac.

Should you receive a Trac communication from HRSS, please reply directly from your Microsoft Outlook or email account. This will ensure that the communication will be picked up by HRSS within the agreed timescales.

Should you reply directly from Trac, this may be missed as HRSS do not receive a notification within the system that you have replied.

Please remember to consider who is CC’d into email replies before sending to ensure information is not sent to anyone who does not need to see it. This helps reduce the risk of potential data breaches.
