Yes, when completing a vacancy request, the Shortlisting Criteria must be entered into the ‘Role Requirements’ tab.
If the Shortlisting Criteria is missing when sent for authorisation, the vacancy request will be rejected and sent back to draft by the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Recruitment team.
