The job title of a vacancy on Trac should match the job title in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), however, a vacancy can be authorised by the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Recruitment team should they be different.
When drafting a vacancy, should the job title in Trac not match ESR, the Recruiting Manager (RM) will be asked to confirm that they agree to contact the Health Services Safety Investigations Body (HSSIB) HR team to request that ESR be updated prior to any successful candidate(s) being appointed.
The job title in Trac must match the Job Description (JD) and Person Specification (PS).
