Yes, however the job title should match the job title attached to the position number in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).

A new Job Description (JD) with the updated job title will also need to be provided to HR Shared Services (HRSS).

NHS Jobs
The job title can only be amended in NHS Jobs if the vacancy is still in draft.
HR Shared Services (HRSS) are unable to amend the job title if the vacancy has gone live therefore a new vacancy request will need to be submitted.
