If a Cost centre is required to be added to Trac, the Establishment Control Process needs to be followed. 

All NHSE cost codes are built into Trac, if your cost code is not included, please email ContactHRandOD@england.nhs.uk. 

The NHSE Workforce Systems team will create a new cost centre within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
