Once a new Job Description (JD) and Person Specification (PS) has been agreed, the Manager should send the JD to the HSSIB HR team for review.
The HSSIB HR team will review the request before forwarding it to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Advisory team job evaluation mailbox (hrjobevaluation@nhsbsa.nhs.uk).
The HRSS Advisory team will complete and return the evaluation in line with the agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to the HSSIB HR team.
