If redaction is required as part of a Subject Access (SAR) or Freedom of Information (FOI) request, the HRSS Quality team will pass the document or folder on to the relevant clients Information Governance (IG) Team who make any necessary redactions.

HR Shared Services (HRSS) do not redact documents as part of any Information Governance (IG) requests.
