Should you receive a call or email regarding a form that has been rejected, you can only discuss information relating to the form with the caller if:
- The caller is on the authorised list of personnel able to use the password for that organisation
- The caller is the employee the form relates to
- The caller is the related employee's Line Manager
- The caller is the authoriser listed at the bottom of the form
If the caller is not any of the above, you are unable to disclose any information regarding the rejected form with them.
