HR Shared Services (HRSS) have a dedicated Query team who are the first point of contact for any query.
The Query team can be contacted by phone during the opening hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Contact details for the team can be found on the dedicated HRSS Contact Us Page. The page also allows customers to contact HRSS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a Contact Form.
If your query is more complex and requires specialist knowledge from a particular HRSS team, your email will be passed to the relevant team to respond, if you need to contact another HRSS team directly, please use the email address below:
