The expiry date of an employee's Right to Work (RTW) in the UK is input into their Electronic Staff Record (ESR). When the RTW is due to expire ESR will notify the employee and the employee's named Supervisor (Line Manager held in ESR) at three and one months prior to expiry.

HR Shared Services (HRSS) is responsible for obtaining the visa documentation from the employee. However, the Line Manager is responsible for prompting and assisting the employee in the process.
