Shared Parental Leave (SPL) enables parents to choose how to share the care of their child during the first year of birth or adoption.

To enable your Shared Parental leave to be processed and ensure you are paid correctly, your Line Manager needs to send your SPL form, which can be found on the Hub, and a copy of your MATB1 to the Payroll team.
The Payroll team will be able to provide further information on any processes and pay queries related to Family leave.
