What is Digital Pre-employment checking? (BSA)

Digital pre-employment checking (DPEC) is a process whereby pre-employment documentation is provided electronically via a secure and encrypted website.


What Digital Pre-employment checking system do HR Shared Services use?  

HR Shared Services (HRSS) use a product called Amiqus to request/receive pre-employment documentation.

Amiqus is committed to protecting user privacy by complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our data protection obligations under the GDPR.

Amiqus is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security standard, and the UK Governments cyber security accreditation scheme Cyber Essentials Plus. As part of these accreditations Amiqus are regularly audited by external organisations in order to maintain our information security program.
