When a Lead Shortlister moves a vacancy to Interview, they will complete the Interview gateway to allow HR Shared Services (HRSS) to set the Interviews up in Trac.
In some instances, the Interview gateway maybe non-transactional. Below are some examples as to why HRSS could not set up the Interviews.
- HRSS do not have enough time to set up the Interviews
- Trac will not allow Interviews to be built in the system with less than two days’ notice. Should this happen, the Interviews will be set up as offline and the Recruiting Manager (RM) would need to arrange these directly with the candidates.
