The Online CV function allows candidates to store key bits of information that can be re-used when applying for a vacancy. Candidates can apply for a vacancy using the information from their Online CV to save time.
When a candidate updates the online CV, this will not update applications which have previously been submitted.
The CV profile is made up of three sections:
- Qualifications
- Employment
- Supporting information
The Online CV can be constructed section-by-section by clicking the start option for each one. Once a question has been populated, candidates will be able to view stored answers and edit them in the profile section of the candidate account area.
The Online CV doesn't have to be filled out to allow candidates to apply for jobs, nor does every section have to be filled out to use it. It's up to the user how much data they want to store in the Online CV.
