Executive Senior Manager (ESM) and Medical Leader salaries 

Yes. All Executive Senior Manager (ESM) and Medical Leader salaries are reviewed, agreed and approved by the NHS England Director of People (People & OD), regardless of the salary entered in the Offer table.

Medical & Dental salaries 

Only Medical & Dental salaries that are above £100,000 require Director of People approval (except for GP Educator salaries which do not require approval).

Offer letter

An Offer letter will be issued to the successful candidate(s) once Director of People approval has been received.
