Term Time working is an arrangement intended to assist employees who have parental responsibility for school-age children. Term time working arrangements are reviewed on an annual basis.

To allow HR Shared Services (HRSS) to process a term time application, you will need to complete the relevant form which can be obtained from the Hub by searching for ‘Term Time Working’.
There are three forms available to complete depending on your circumstances (only one form is required to be completed). If you are unsure of what form needs to be completed, please speak with the Corporate HR team.

- Civil Servants Term Time Form
- Flexible Hour Form
Please ensure that all the fields highlighted red on the form are completed, otherwise the form will be rejected. Once the form has been completed, this should be uploaded to the Document Transfer Service (DTS).
