When the Talent Pool Manager has been informed that an applicant is successful in obtaining a role or is contacted by an applicant to say that they no longer wish to be considered for roles, the applicants Talent Pool record will need to be closed by the Talent Pool Manager.
This will stop the applicant being considered for any future roles via the talent pool.
