The NHS England (NHSE) Campaigns Team will move candidate's to the Talent pool.
The team will be responsible for raising the Talent Pool vacancy requests, shortlisting and moving suitable applicants to the Talent pool.
Candidate's will need to be moved to ‘Interview reserve’ before being moved to the talent pool, this will allow the applicant to be added to the Talent Pool without moving the applicant to a rejected state. Candidate's can only be added once and only when they have been moved to an inactive stage on Trac.
Once the candidate has been added to the Talent Pool, they will be issued a welcome email and asked to provide certain information to help categorise them in the Talent Pool Record.
