Once your Interviews are completed, the Lead Interviewer will need to reject the unsuccessful candidates before accepting the successful candidate(s).
The successful candidate(s) can then be moved to the Offer stage in Trac to progress the recruitment.
When accepting the successful candidate(s) you will be prompted to complete an Offer table for each successful candidate.
The Interview notes for the successful candidate(s) should not be attached to the application in Trac. These should be held locally as per your retention schedule.
Important notes
The Offer table must be completed in full to enable an offer letter to be issued by the Recruitment team.
If any of the information is left blank, the Recruitment team will contact the Recruiting Manager (RM) for further details.
