Applicants who are successful at the Shortlisting stage will receive an invitation to interview via a Trac communication sent by HR Shared Services (HRSS).
The invitation will be sent once the vacancy has been progressed to the interview stage by the Lead Shortlister. The email will contain a link directing applicants to the vacancy in Trac to confirm their attendance.
What if the candidate does not have a Trac account?
When clicking the link within the invite, the candidate will be asked to login or register.
If the candidate applied through NHS Jobs and does not have a Trac account, they will need to select 'Register' and enter their details.
The candidate will only need to register once to enable them to book onto their interview. All future contact regarding their application will come through their Trac account.
Confirming their interview slot
Once logged into Trac, the applicant will be taken to the 'My Applications' section where they can select the vacancy they have applied for. They will then need to select 'Schedule your interview'.
