Identification Documents (ID) will be provided by the candidate during the pre-employment checking stage of a recruitment.  

HR Shared Services (HRSS) will request these documents via the Amiqus Digital Pre-employment Checking (DPEC) system.

Candidate’s must upload digital copies of the ID documents using the link included in the initial (or reminder) Amiqus DPEC request email.

Before HRSS can review or approve any identification documents, the candidate must successfully complete the Photo ID verification check included on the Amiqus DPEC request. This enables HRSS to confirm the candidate’s likeness against the documents provided.

If there is any doubt about the validity of the documents provided, this should be raised with the NHSE England Recruitment Team who will contact the Local Counter Fraud Specialist.
