Amiqus is a digital pre-employment checking (DPEC) tool that allows candidates to complete some of their pre-employment checks remotely and securely.

All personal information is encrypted throughout the process and the results of the checks are provided to HR Shared Services (HRSS) via a report accessed within the HRSS Amiqus account. 


How does it work? 

  1. Once a candidate receives their offer letter HR Shared Services (HRSS) will send a Digital pre-employment check request from Amiqus.

  2. The candidate receives an email and provides the required documentation electronically using the secure document transfer feature.

  3. Candidate documentation and verification reports are instantly received, stored and encrypted within the HRSS Amiqus account.
