A Trac gateway alert is a notification to make users aware of candidates that have been left in an active state within Trac.
When moving a vacancy to the next stage, an alert will be displayed at the top of the vacancy gateway. This ensures the Recruiting Manager (RM) or Lead Interviewer is aware that a candidate has been left in a previous stage and further communication is required.
The gateway alert will tell the RM or Lead Interviewer whether the candidate has priority status of any kind. It will allow the reviewer to access the candidates application directly from the alert, should they wish to re-review before rejecting or progressing the candidate.
