Yes, it is possible for applications to be accepted once a vacancy has closed.
The Recruiting Manager (RM) or their Delegate will need to email the request via a response to a Trac communication received to their Outlook account, related to the vacancy.
The request will be for a Restricted vacancy (Hidden Link) to be created.
What happens once the Restricted vacancy (Hidden Link) has been created?
Once the Restricted vacancy is created, an email will be sent to the RM and Delegate, who are responsible for sending the link to the additional candidates.
