No, should a vacancy be moved to ‘Outcome: Authorisation refused’, HR Shared Services (HRSS) will be unable to move the vacancy back to draft.

If a vacancy has been moved to this stage in error it would need to be raised as a new vacancy in Trac in order to proceed.

Authorisation rejected

If the vacancy is non-transactional and it has been rejected by an authoriser, the Recruiting Manager (RM) will be notified by email and this will advise the reason for the rejection.

Vacancies that have been rejected and the reason they have been rejected can be seen when you log into Trac. You will be given the option to redraft the vacancy and resubmit it for authorisation or you can reject the vacancy request if you no longer wish to advertise.
