A Recruiting Manager (RM) can withdraw an offer of employment. The RM will need to speak with the candidate directly to make them aware of the reason for this decision.

No approval is required from the Corporate HR (CHR) team to withdraw an Offer.

HR Shared Services (HRSS) require and email from the RM advising us to withdraw the candidate; the email must advise that the RM has spoken to the candidate directly to advise of this.
