Shortlisting Feedback  

When HR Shared Services (HRSS) email candidates to advise them they have been rejected at Shortlisting, a message is included in the email confirming that ‘Regrettably feedback is not available at this stage’.


Interview Feedback

It is best practice for the RM or Lead Interviewer to offer feedback to interviewees when updating them of the outcome of the Interview.

When providing feedback, please refer to the Interview notes taken
