The Trac system will automatically issue a Managers update report every Monday to all Recruiting Managers (RM).
This will show the status of their vacancies and applications.
Points to note:
- Where a vacancy has candidates that are in active states of Offer or Starting, the report will have a row for each application containing both the vacancy details and the candidate details.
- If an application is in an inactive state, or within the Outcome stage, the vacancy will be omitted from the automated report.
- Where a field is blank there is no data to show, as the vacancy or candidate have not yet been through a particular gateway or stage.
