When an applicant applies to a vacancy, they will be presented with and asked to confirm the following questions:
- Have you been issued a notice? [Yes/No]
- If you have been given notice, What band is the role that you are at risk of redundancy following your notice? [Free type response]
This information will become visible to the Lead Shortlister once all shortlisting is complete, prior to moving the candidates through to the Interview stage.
