HR Shared Services (HRSS) will send communications via the communications tool within Trac. Should you receive an email from HRSS, please reply directly from your Microsoft Outlook or email account, this will ensure that the communication will be picked up with HRSS within the agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Should you reply directly from Trac, this may be missed as HRSS do not receive a notification within the system that you have replied.
