How are 'at risk' candidate's identified in Trac?

'At risk' candidates can be identified by a 'R' symbol next to their application number. This will become visible by the Lead Shortlister when the vacancy and applicants have progressed into the Shortlisting:Evaluate stage.

How are 'at risk' candidate's entered into Trac?

The NHS England (NHSE) People and Strategy Team or an Account Manager will submit a CSV file (spread sheet) containing the information of the candidates considered to be 'at risk' to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) BI Team (bsahr-processchange@nhsbsa.nhs.uk).

The email subject must be 'AT RISK REQUEST', this will ensure the email is prioritised to be processed.

Are 'at risk' applicants guaranteed an interview?

If applicants have been identified as 'at risk' and they meet the minimum criteria they must be invited to interview.

Where 'at risk' candidate's are found to be unsuitable at interview they can be rejected. Candidate's must be suitable for the role and meet the minimum criteria for the post to be successful in recruitment.
