Any queries relating to at-risk (Redeployment) should be brought to the attention of your Line Manager in the first instance. Your Line Manager will then liaise with your local NHS England (NHSE) Human Resources and Organisation Development (HR and OD) team.

Requesting at-risk status

At-risk requests should be sent to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team by an authorised colleague from the NHSE HR and OD team.

Requests should continue to be submitted on the template provided and be password protected.

The email subject MUST be 'AT-RISK REQUEST'. This will allow the HRSS email system to prioritise the emails and ensure a timely response.

Emails which are received without this subject will still be processed; however will follow the standard response time.

Which recruitment sites can be used for at-risk candidates?

At-risk applicants/ candidates must apply through Trac or the organisations microsite to be flagged as at-risk in Trac.

I have received a notification email but I am unable to see any vacancies?

The email address that received the notification is the address that has had an account created.  To activate your account, click on the link below or cut and paste the link into your browser:

https://apps.trac.jobs/redeployment

If you have a Trac applicant account, you should login using your details. If you do not have a Trac applicant account, you will need to create an account. Please be advised that your Trac account must be registered to the email address that has been added to Trac as ‘at-risk’.

A guidance document was attached to the notification email which provided further guidance on how to manage your account, search for roles and update the jobs by email settings to tailor the roles in future notification emails.

We appreciate this may be an unsettling time for you. Should you need assistance or guidance or wish to discuss your at-risk status please contact your line manager in the first instance. Further support is available at Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
