It is the responsibility of the Lead Shortlister and Recruiting Manager (RM) to manage the completion of the Shortlisting and chase any Shortlisters with outstanding actions.

Once all Shortlisters have completed their Shortlisting duties, the Lead Shortlister must ensure that the vacancy and candidates are moved to the Interview stage.
