Candidates can apply for an internal vacancy if they are employed and paid directly by the recruiting organisation.

Employees employed via a Secondment or through an Agency can apply for internal recruitments, however restrictions may apply. If there are restrictions, this will be evident when completing the application.

External colleagues employed by Commissioning Support Units (CSUs) will be eligible to apply to internal vacancies from 01/07/2026. Should they be successful, they will still need to complete the full pre-employment check process.
