An Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) transfers information that has been entered on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) by a candidate's previous NHS organisation.

As NHS England (NHSE) have implemented Manager Self Service the NHSE Workforce Team are now responsible for running the IAT.
