Will candidate's in interview reserve be informed?

Yes, HR Shared Services (HRSS) will send an update to candidate's in interview reserve to inform them of the progress of their application once interview invites have been issued. The Lead interviewer will need to tell HRSS how to proceed.

How are candidate's in interview reserve updated if they are not then invited to interview.

The Lead interviewer will need to email HRSS to request 'Interview: Reserve' candidates are rejected. HRSS will then notify the candidate's using the 'NHSE Shortlisting Regret' email template within Trac.

Inviting candidate's in 'Interview: Reserve' to interview with more than three working days notice?

Should the Lead Interviewer want to invite a candidate within the interview reserve stage to interview, they will need to email the HRSS Query Team (providing a slot is available) to request that the interview reserve candidate(s) are invited to interview. HRSS will then move the reserve candidate(s) to interview and issue the invite.

If a slot is not available, the lead interviewer will need to confirm the new date and time when submitting the request for the candidate(s) to be invited.

Inviting candidate's in 'Interview: Reserve' to interview with less than three working days notice?

If HRSS is notified with less than three working days until the interview, the Lead Interviewer will need to notify the candidate personally as they won't receive an email invite from Trac. Once they have identified the time and date of the interview, they will need to email HRSS so this can be updated within Trac.
