When or how would I recruit an agency worker? (BSA)

If you have a time-limited piece of work that needs to be undertaken it may be appropriate to use a recruitment agency for temporary staff rather than carry out a full recruitment. You may also consider using an agency worker if you have a vacancy which requires specialist knowledge and you have been unable to recruit to the role previously.
