A non-standard recruitment is defined as any form of recruitment activity that does not follow the process agreed with HR Shared Services (HRSS) to appoint an individual into an established role within the organisation.
A recruitment activity can be classified as non-standard in its entirety, or it can become non-standard at the point in the recruitment cycle where it deviates from the agreed process flow.
Non-standard recruitments are not subject to the Recruitment Management Standards or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as a standard recruitment.
While individual elements of the process may be dealt within the usual time-scales, non-standard recruitments are likely to take longer as we are awaiting documents or missing information.
