Messages received in Trac can be found using the 'Communications' tab from the menu on the vacancy screen. Reading and replying to messages does not change the status of the message.
Once you have taken the required action you should click on the 'mark as actioned' button.
There is no time limit to the 'unactioned' status, the message will stay in this status until the 'mark as actioned' button is clicked.
HR Shared Services (HRSS) will respond to all messages within two working days.
