If an individual cannot verify their identity over the phone or through accessing Trac to add a note they will need to email their query to HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team.


Once their email has been received, the team will be able to verify their identity with the authorised email address on the Vacancy, Application Form or Electronic Staff Records (ESR)
