If an individual is unable to verify their identity over the phone or by adding a note through Trac, they will need to follow one of the alternative verification routes:

  • They must email their query to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query Team. Once the email is received, the team can verify their identity using the authorised email address recorded on the vacancy, the application form, or the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).

  • For individuals named on the vacancy-such as the Recruiting Manager (RM), Lead Shortlister (LS), or Lead Interviewer (LI) - the HRSS team can generate a verification code and send it to their email address associated with their Trac account.

Once the individual confirms the code, their identity verification (CV) will be considered successfully completed.
