Candidates must provide the full three years of employment and / or study history including any academic holidays.

If an candidate was employed during the academic holiday period, they must supply the contact details of a referee for each period of employment.

If the candidate was not employed during academic holiday periods, a personal statement is not required.

If the candidate has since finished their schooling HR Shared Services (HRSS) would require a reference or personal statement to cover that period.
