When a start date is changed, the Recruiting Manager (RM) must send an email to HR Shared Services (HRSS) with the new start date.

If the candidate has not yet started but a contract has been issued, HR Shared Services Recruitment team will need to update the new date in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and issue the new contract.

If the start date has passed and the candidate's Electronic Staff Record (ESR) has been updated to 'Employee' an Employee Change Form (ECF) would need to be uploaded to the DTS so that the start date on ESR can be amended.
