An Internal Recruitment Form (IRF) provides candidate information and is used by the Recruitment team to update the employees Electronic Staff Record (ESR). The IRF is created by the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Recruitment team using a report pulled from Trac, this is completed once the candidates start date is agreed within Trac.
