Yes, when completing a vacancy request, the Shortlisting Criteria must be entered into the ‘Role Requirements’ tab.
If the Shortlisting Criteria is missing when sent for authorisation, the vacancy request will be rejected and sent back to draft by the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Admin Support Team.
Retire and Return vacancies
Vacancies raised for retire and return colleagues will bypass the shortlisting process. However, the Trac settings require the Recruiting Manager (RM) to enter at least one role requirement before the role can be submitted for authorisation, the role requirement can be entered as N/A with a score of 1.
