High Cost Area allowance / Supplement (HCA / HCAS)

You do not require approval when the HCA / HCAS is included in a candidate's offer.

HCA can only be added to a candidate's offer if the appropriate base is listed as the location.


On-call allowance

You do not require approval to include on-call allowance in a candidate's offer.

When inputting a candidate’s on-call allowance into the offer table please ensure you input the % to be paid (i.e., 4%).
