Right to be Forgotten (RTBF), also known as, Right to Erasure, is a request sent from an individual, to an organisation, requesting to have their personal data erased from the organisation’s records.
Requests can be made via email, Trac, post or via the telephone to the HR Shared Services (HRSS) Query team.
All requests will be responded to within one month subject to HRSS receiving all relevant information. Once HRSS have received all information, the request will then be passed to the client RTBF contact to review and action.
